At Zumee, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review our shipping and returns policy below.

Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation and Processing

  • Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via email and WhatsApp.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24 working hours.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping above ₹1500
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: An additional charge of ₹99 applies.

Delivery Timeline

  • Within India: Delivery typically occurs within 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email and WhatsApp.

Tampered or Incorrect Shipments

  • If your package appears tampered with or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@zumee.in with relevant images.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products should be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Visit the 'My Returns' section on our website to initiate a return request.
  2. Prepare Package: Place the item in its original packaging along with the original invoice. Ensure the order number is clearly written on the package.
  3. Pickup Arrangement: Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup within 2-3 business days.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the purchase amount. This credit will be valid for one year.

Exchange Process

  • For size or colour exchanges, please follow the return process and place a new order using the issued store credit.

Important Notes

  • One-Time Return/Exchange: Each product is eligible for return or exchange only once.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • No Reimbursement of Shipping: Customers will not be reimbursed for any self-shipped returns.

Order Cancellation

  • To cancel an order before it is processed, contact us at contact@zumee.in. Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled.
