Shipping Policy
Order Confirmation and Processing
- Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via email and WhatsApp.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 24 working hours.
Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping above ₹1500
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: An additional charge of ₹99 applies.
Delivery Timeline
- Within India: Delivery typically occurs within 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email and WhatsApp.
Tampered or Incorrect Shipments
- If your package appears tampered with or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@zumee.in with relevant images.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products should be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
- Initiate Return: Visit the 'My Returns' section on our website to initiate a return request.
- Prepare Package: Place the item in its original packaging along with the original invoice. Ensure the order number is clearly written on the package.
- Pickup Arrangement: Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup within 2-3 business days.
- Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the purchase amount. This credit will be valid for one year.
Exchange Process
- For size or colour exchanges, please follow the return process and place a new order using the issued store credit.
Important Notes
- One-Time Return/Exchange: Each product is eligible for return or exchange only once.
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- No Reimbursement of Shipping: Customers will not be reimbursed for any self-shipped returns.
Order Cancellation
- To cancel an order before it is processed, contact us at contact@zumee.in. Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled.
