Shipping Policy
Domestic (Within India) Shipping
- Free Shipping for orders above 1500
- COD Charges for 99 applicable
- Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order is delivered.
- Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.
- The Company is not liable for any delays caused by courier services.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Store credits issued for returns will be valid for 1 year.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- No reimbursement will be provided for shipping costs incurred by customers.
- No returns or exchanges on international orders.
Disclaimers
- The Company and its affiliates provide the Website and services "as is," without warranties of any kind.
- The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website.
- The Company is not responsible for any third-party service provider's actions, including courier and logistics partners.

Governing Law & Arbitration
- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, with arbitration proceedings held in Delhi.
